3 days return without excuse:

If you are unlike your orders , please apply to lucy@efun.top and return it within UNOPENED and UNUSED  in 3 days . We will refund you the first time once it back to us. Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us. Meanwhile , we strongly recommend you apply return and refund then place a new order if you want to exchange product.

*All returns in this policy need keep product UNOPENED and UNUSED .

*ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  

7 days return for damaged items:

If there is any quality problem that makes it dosen't work in 7 days , please get it back to us and we will refund you product payment at the first time once get it. However , proof include product serial & security code , issues description , issues display video are required if you apply return.

About imperfect product:

For ordinary vulnerability consumable products , if there is any Slightly included that dont affect usage please contact us to send proof and get 10% refund .

For functional issues caused by long time used for battery mod products , if it is not considered to anthropogenic , you will get part-refund as below:

Within 30 days since you get package: refund 15%;

30 to 90 days ,8%

90 to 180 days , 5%
