When my order will be shipped ? (This is only for items in stock ,  pre sale items plese  check pre-order policy here.)

There is a 8-48 hours processing time for all order regardless of their shipping method. However , we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

We do not process orders on Sunday and major Chinese holidays .

You can see the tracking number after shipped when login in on our website . 

 

What will I get if my order didn't shipped in a promised time ?

We try our best to ship your order in 8-48 hours except Weekend and major Chinese holidays . If break , you will get that :

3-5 working days , 3% of your order value gifts in our online store(if order were not shipped) , or you can contact Lucy@efun.top to apply an instant same value refund ;

6-10 working days , 5% of your order value gifts in our online store(if order were not shipped) , or you can contact  Lucy@efun.top to apply an instant same value refund ;

11-15 working days , 10%  of your order value gifts in our online store(if order were not shipped) , or you can contact  Lucy@efun.top to apply an instant same value refund ;

Over 15 working ,  you can get full refund in 24 hours(if order were not shipped), please contact  Lucy@efun.top to apply it.

P.s Days=working day , and if the order has already shipped , we won't offer full refund .

FAQ: The DHL website says "Shipment information received" and no update, what happened?
When you got a tracking number from us, it means we already handled your package to the Forwarding Company (agent of DHL, UPS, EMS, ets); the Forwarding Company usually ship all packages to the DHL processing center in 1 work day, "Shipment information received" means DHL already received the shipping data from the forwarding company, but waiting for processing. In case of high peak seasons like Christmas, there will be a delay for the processing due to the over-crowded packages DHL received.

ePacket are specially for USA, UK, France, Canada, Russia and Australia, 7-25work days, about 15 days on average, still a few may take up to 4-6 weeks.

FAQ: The tracking website shows "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" and no update then, why?
Please kindly understand the ePacket tracking website may show this Same status for up to 2 weeks, once it has been updated, it will be in your hands in several days.

No update or lost package (ePacket )

If the tracking information of your package doesn't update more than 60 days or you don’t get your package over 60days, please kindly contact us and we will ship a new package to you.

Europe: Mainly west Europe countries need 7-25 working days.

Chile: About 25 days, but the faraway city will be later than about 10-15 days. 
Brazil: The date not sure. We don't guarantee when it will arrive if you need to ship.

USA:  10-20 days. The cause of local Post, there no whole sign information to show.

Australian: 10-12 days. Because the local post don't upload sign information.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent

A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents BEFORE signing for the package.
