Q1: When my order will be shipped? (This is only for items in stock.)
A: There is 8-48 hours processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. And you will get the notification email immediately and get the tracking number when login in on our website after shipped. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time.

Note: During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, processing can take up to 72 business hours. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience. We do not process orders on Sunday and major holidays.



Q2: What shipping method we have?
A: partners with major international shipping companies including DHL, UPS, ePacket, PostNL, SingPost and many Special Lines to offer various shipping methods (The delivery time is an EST time offered by shipping company, there maybe a delay if meets busy order seasons and big sale holidays):

1. International express- DHL(3-7 working days), UPS(4-8 working days)
-Customs Duty and Taxes are NOT included;
-Drain Battery and E-liquid is NOT allowed;
-Remote Area Surcharges are borne by the customer;

2. ePacket (7-20 business days)

-ePacket is especially for USA, UK, France, Canada, Russia and Australia, Brazil, Israel, Norway, and Ukraine 7-25work days, about 15 days on average, still a few may take up to 4-6 weeks.

3. Other Shipping Method

1) SingPost: Available to most countries, about 7-30 business days, http// or

4) High Drain Battery Special Line and Liquid Special Line: 8- 15 business days,



Q3: What's the exact location of my parcel?

A: For most international parcels, due to low postage, even express service, the carriers don't have a guaranteed or an expected date of arrival. The shipping time can be slower than you expect, mostly because of the customs procedure and airline arrangement. International shipping is quite different from domestic shipping.

Normally, your shipment is being scanned on given points during the transport. In between these points, we will not be able to give you more information about the exact whereabouts of your shipment. We update the tracking information continuously if new information is available from the carrier.



Q4: Where's my parcel? I ordered a month ago!
A: View delivery timeframe of Registered Airmail/ePacket (Not including rural areas)

Day 1-2 Acceptance/In Origin
Day 2-3 Departure from outward office of exchange/Exporting
Day 2-4 Pending Custom clearance/Exporting
After exporting/departure, the shipping status will not be updated until the parcel arrives in the next location!

Day 4-10 Arrival at inward office of exchange/In Destination
Day 10-15 Pending Custom clearance/Importing
Day 15-30 Domestic transport and last-mile delivery
Day 60 If not delivered successfully, the parcel may be returned back to the sender or the parcel is considered missing at that point.

When your parcel arrives in your country, if you are anxious about getting your order, you may try to contact your local carrier to get the delivery expedited.





Q5: My parcel was stuck at somewhere; can you update some new info?

A: We understand how important it is for you to get a timely update for your parcels. Regrettably, under normal circumstances, expected arrival date is not available from the carrier for international mailings. The shipping status will be updated when the new information is registered in the carrier's information system.



Most of the time, the answers to questions about shipping can be found within the tracking information from the courier. They will tell you when it was picked up, transit information, when the package goes through sorting facilities, and even if there was an attempted delivery.
